At Vyyb, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. Below is our policy for returns and refunds:

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used due to the nature of our items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Any opened or used products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@vyybiscbd.com with your order number and reason for the return. After your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@vyybiscbd.com.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
